Call to bring regulation on reproductive health right


Kathmandu–Various stakeholders have drawn concern over the withered implementation of Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health Right Act-2075 due to delay in introducing its regulation.

At a programme organized by Forum for Women, Law and Development on Thursday, it was shared that the constitutionally-enshrined obligation of formulating law within three years of its proclamation has not been implemented in absence of regulation.
